Shipping policy

Shipping

Currently we only ship within the United States. All non customized and/or personalized items are shipped within 5-7 business days. All customized or personalized items will be shipped within 5-7 business days after final approval of customization by the customer. Items will not begin production this is done. 

Processing time

Processing time means the time it takes to prepare your order. This can take 1-3 days as all orders are handmade with love especially for you. 

Created Simply is not responsible for lost packages or erroneously entered delivery addresses. Please contact your local carrier if you feel that your order is lost or damaged. We do track all orders. Feel free to contact Created Simply if any questions or concerns.
